Our school was among the 5 best National Academic Giants in the country. The Saturday Vision of 1st August 2021 ranked our school the third best nationally in the 2020 U.C.E results using the qualitative analysis (Class Average Performance) which stood at Aggregate 16.1 meaning that each student scored an average of distinction 2 in their subjects. This reflects a profound improvement in comparison with aggregate 19.99 which was the average class performance in 2019.
Similarly, our school took the fifth position in the country among the schools which had the highest number of higherfliers who scored the much coveted 8 aggregates in their best eight done subjects as highlighted in the New Vision 31st July 2021.
We are filled with boundless joy to report that all our U.C.E best candidates are coming back for their Advanced Level Education including the 9 highfliers who scored the much coveted aggregate 8 in the done best 8 subjects. We are eternally grateful to God for these excellent results and congratulate John Kelly Nasinyama who scored aggregate 10 in his 10 best done subjects. We appreciate our parents for their support and vote of confidence in our school.
A further comprehensive analysis of the 2020 U.C.E performance at subject level conducted by The New Vision of 2nd August 2021 indicated the following national subject ranking for our school.

High value addition
A candid and detailed analysis of U.C.E. performance, juxtaposed with the candidates’ P.L.E. entry results clearly indicates that the school has continued to be a leading ‘high-value-addition institution.
Appreciation
We are heartily grateful to God because St. Joseph’s SSS Naggalama has excelled again in the national examinations. We recognise the outstanding performance of the nine (9) students each of whom scored the much coveted aggregate 8 in the eight best done subjects. In addition, we thank all our candidates who sat for U.C.E examinations of 2020 for having posted these enviable results. We commend the staff, parents, old and current students, the Board of Governors and Rt. Rev. Christopher Kakooza; our Bishop of Lugazi Diocese for their invaluable, immeasurable and indescribable contribution towards the attainment of these admirable results.
